Roger Viver’s stunning debut jewelry line drops this spring. An ode to the brand’s namesake who immortalised the maison’s signature oversized chrome-plated buckle, Vivier’s emblematic icon has been reimagined into wearable jewellery pieces. From leather bracelets, velvet chokers to crystal-paved hair accessories, these babies will have you instantly date-ready or for a night out on the town.
Featuring symmetrically aligned crystals positioned in intricate patterns inspired after the gardens of the Chateau de Versailles, the Spring/Summer 2020 collection introduces buckle bracelet versions in black-and-white or silver-and-pink, offered in two sizes. Or if you’re feeling Broche as heck, consider its mini-me: the Broche Vivier mini hair clip or mini earrings.[sp_wpcarousel id=”18419″]
Making their first appearance are two new buckle designs, the Brocheamour Strass and the Bouquet Strass. Drawing inspiration from the brand’s heritage, the Brocheamour Strass revisits an archive shoe design with a heart pattern, offering a fresh reinterpretation that showcases small red crystal hearts at its centre.
Featured in an exclusive range of accessories, the Brocheamour is also offered as a bracelet with an adjustable leather strap. Alternatively, if you prefer an understated version playing on the same theme, the Lovely choker features a simple buckle with a metallic heart pendant.
The aptly named Bouquet Strass buckle draws on Felloni’s love for antique jewelry, presenting pave crystals elaborately arranged in a flower set within a square of crystals framing the design.
Available in calfskin or croc leather, the Bouquet Strass bracelet is perfect for those looking to add a touch of sophistication to their ensemble. Or if you so desire, opt for its velvet choker version for a bit of night glamour.
Its crowning glory, however, is perhaps the Bouquet Strass crown, woven by hand using hundreds of crystals in all sizes to form a row of flowers resting on a velvet bed.
The Roger Vivier SS20 jewellery collection is expected to arrive in Singapore early February 2020.
