As the fashion community continues to keep our minds engaged during quarantine with a host of online content and activities ranging the educational to pure entertainment, Bottega Veneta’s multi-platform Bottega Residency has honed in on craft and creativity. Which means, the virtual space sees artists, musicians, writers and directors — but not limited to — logging on to share their inspirations, recommendations and creative work.
Joining a roster that now includes the brand’s own creative director Daniel Lee, artist and photographer Walter Pfeiffer, choreographer Wayne McGregor and stylist Marie Chaix to name but a few, is local pastry chef Janice Wong — most widely known for her hand-painted chocolates that are akin to mini works of art.
Below, Wong shares the recipe of her chocolate paint, instructions on how to go about making it, as well as an extremely satisfying cut of the sweet treats in-the-making.
