The Panthère de Cartier's symbol is the panther — a symbol that is powerful yet seductive. Do you find these characteristics in yourself?
Being my full self makes me feel most powerful. Embracing every part of me, including my flaws and really channelling my energy into an area I excel is when I feel the most powerful. I also feel empowered when I am with people who are supportive, like-minded and equally as motivated. Seductive? I’d have to say it’s probably a similar scenario! I think there is an element of indulgence that comes with feeling seductive.Source: Cartier
Your mother seems like a role model and a precious “guide” in life.
She is into charities; she visits schools and prisons to motivate women on confidence and emotional resilience. She has been through so much and has had so much life experience. I am so grateful to have her there as a shoulder to lean on and an ear to listen. She taught me that it is okay to experience any emotions I might be feeling, how to express those and how to reach out and communicate them with other people. Humankind is going through a lot right now and processing those feelings can be challenging. The work she does is amazing and the way she spreads her knowledge and positivity into the world is so wonderful.Source: Cartier
I read that you are qualified in 12 types of combat, where did you learn them?
Yes, I trained with the Academy of Performance Combat in the UK. I fell in love with it that I actually became a bit obsessed and trained in 12 different weapons. It was really interesting learning the history of each one, and their proper safe handling and maintenance. I wanted to know so much about them because I wanted to feel like an expert whenever I go on set. It definitely opens up a large amount of trust on set, too. Everyone feels comfortable and safe around you because you are knowledgeable and that to me is of paramount importance.Source: Cartier
