Apple’s Latest iPhone Has 3 Cameras

Apple held their annual keynote event on 10 September at the Steve Jobs Theatre at Apple Park, California. This highly anticipated event brought media representatives from all over the world together for the unveiling of Apple’s latest products. Apple CEO Tim Cook opened the event to great expectations from the media present and over 300,000 people all over the world tuning in to the live stream.

Here are some of the new products revealed.

iPhone 11 Pro & iPhone 11 Pro Max

It seems that rumours about the 3 camera iPhone has not been unfounded as the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max boasts a triple-camera system with all-new Ultra Wide, Wide and Telephoto cameras, deeply integrated into iOS to create a pro-level camera experience designed for everyone.

The three cameras record in 4K format for video, ensuring optimum video quality experience. New features include the Ultra-Wide camera function, allowing users to capture four times more of the scene and the Smart HDR that intelligently recognises subjects and relights them for more natural photos with greater detail.

The iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max will be available in 64GB, 256GB and 512GB models in midnight green (new colour), space grey, silver and gold starting at S$1,649 and S$1,799. Pre-orders start 13 September and will be available in stores from 20 September.

iPhone 11

With a back design that is precision milled and sculpted from a single piece of glass, iPhone 11 features the toughest glass ever in a smartphone. It is rated IP68 for water resistance up to 2 meters for up to 30 minutes, and is protected against accidental spills from common liquids such as coffee and soda.

Night Mode function

iPhone 11 introduces a powerful dual-camera system, offering an intuitive camera experience with the highest quality video in a smartphone and Night mode for photos. The dual-camera system lets users easily zoom between each camera while Audio Zoom matches the audio to the video framing for more dynamic sound.

iPhone 11 will be available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB models in purple, green, yellow, black, white and PRODUCT(RED) starting at S$1,149 from apple.com/sg, in the Apple Store app and Apple Stores.

Apple Watch Series 5

The Apple Watch Series 5, debuted an Always-On Retina, so it’s easy to see the time and other important information, without raising or tapping the display. It is available in a wider range of materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, ceramic and an all-new titanium (pictured above).

Apple Watch Nike features a new watch face inspired by the classic Nike Windrunner jacket design, accompanied by new colours of the Nike Sport Band and reflective Nike Sport Loop.

Apple Watch Hermès introduces several new styles, including an update to last fall’s popular colour block band, now in a new Della Cavalleria print, and an all-black version with an exclusive Hermès gradient watch face.
